ABOUT IEM GLOBAL SCHOOL
Institute of Engineering and Management Group, legends in the field of technical education in India, has established IEM Global School with a vision to nurture children from Nursery to PG level using digital technology which will benefit them from a truly global dimension. IEM Group was established by the visionary Late Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti who believed that education works best when teaching excellence combines with discipline and moral values. The group has also established University of Engineering and Management (UEM – Jaipur & UEM – Kolkata) campuses for offering higher education courses in Engineering, Management, Medicine, Law, Science and Arts in particular. Nestled in the heart of Salt Lake it provides a beautiful and spacious green environment. School – Rules & Regulations
Attendance & Leave
- Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for promotion and exams.
- Leave must be informed via school diary; medical certificate required if absent for 3+ days.
- Absence on key school days (before/after vacations) is not permitted.
Punctuality & Conduct
- Students must report on time; morning assembly is compulsory.
- English is the medium of communication on campus.
- Respectful behaviour and discipline are expected at all times.
Uniform & Grooming
- Prescribed uniform must be worn neatly and correctly.
- Girls must tie/plat hair; no jewellery, fancy hairstyles, or makeup.
- P.T. uniform to be worn on designated days.
Communication & Visits
- Meetings with teachers/Principal by prior appointment only.
- Escort card is mandatory for pick-up from campus.
- For urgent queries, use the IEM Public School Canvas app.
Fees
- Payable quarterly via School ERP.
- Late fees apply after due dates; no fee refund on withdrawal.
Transport
- Students must follow bus rules and timings.
- No external transport arrangement allowed.
Discipline
- Use of mobile phones/gadgets is strictly prohibited.
- Misbehaviour or vandalism will invite strict action, including suspension.
Health & Safety
- Students with contagious illnesses must stay home.
- Emergency cases may be taken to the nearest medical facility.
Important Information
Working Days for Students
Regular classes will be conducted from Monday to Friday each week. There will be no regular classes on Saturdays and Sundays.
School Hours (Monday to Friday)
- Playgroup: 8:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
- Nursery to Class II: 8:30 a.m. – 01:05 p.m.
- Class III onwards: 8:30 a.m. – 03:00 p.m.
Office Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
